Doc. No. 14. The Unopposed Motion applies only to Plaintiff Gary S. Kemp's ("Kemp") claims against Defendant Cox Communications, Inc. ("Cox"), and not to Kemp's claims against Credence Resource Management, LLC ("Credence"). Kemp and Credence are ORDERED to brief for the Court the impact on Kemps remaining claims against Credence in this action, if any, of granting the Unopposed Motion, compelling Kemp and Cox to arbitration, and staying only those proceedings pending the arbitration. Briefs shall not exceed ten (10) pages in length, and they must be submitted by February 10, 2023. No response briefs are permitted absent further order of the Court, though Kemp and Credence may submit a joint brief if they agree on its contents.
