ELECTRONIC ORDER: Plaintiff Timothy Randolph Wallace is barred from filing any civil action in this Court without first obtaining the permission of the Court. See Wallace v. Cockrell, No. 3:02-CV-1807-M (N.D. Tex. March 27, 2003). However, on November 14, 2022, Plaintiff filed a fee-paid complaint with a copy of the sanction order but no motion seeking leave to file. Doc. #3 . Subsequently, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint and a Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint. Doc. 7. Plaintiff, however, did not seek judicial permission to file this action in the first instance as required by the Court's sanction order. See Wallace, No. 3:02-CV-1807-M (If plaintiff attempts to file a civil action without the required motion or attachments, the Clerk of the Court is directed to return the unfiled documents to plaintiff with a copy of the judgment entered in this case.). Therefore, this case is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED for failure to comply with the sanction order. The Clerk of the Court is directed to refund the $402 filing fee to Plaintiff.
