Filing 4 ORDER: Tepp shall either withdraw his 2255 motion or amend it using the enclosed form so that it contains all the claims he wishes to raise with respect to his federal conviction and/or sentence by 3/15/2023. The Clerks Office will send Tepp the standard form for filing a motion to vacate, set-aside, or correct sentence under 28 U.S.C. 2255.
