The record before the Court reflects that this case was filed on December 15, 2022. Doc. No. 1-3. In the Notice of Removal, Defendant JBH alleges that Defendant Latasha Sanders had not been served with citation prior to removal. Doc. No. 1 at 2. This Court's docket does not reflect that summons has been issued from the Clerk's office. Thus, it appears at this time that Plaintiff has not yet served Defendant Sanders. Fed.R.Civ.P. 4(c)(1). If Plaintiff does not effectuate proper service on Defendant Sanders by March 31, 2023, Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Sanders will be dismissed without prejudice and without further notice, absent good cause shown, pursuant to Rule 4(m).
