ELECTRONIC ORDER: This case was removed to this Court on March 9, 2023. (Doc. 1). On March 29, 2023, the Parties submitted a Joint Status Report, (Doc. 8), which--inter alia--indicated that the Plaintiff intended to demand a jury trial in an amended complaint. On March 30, 2023, this Court entered a Scheduling Order, (Doc. 9), which indicated that this case was to proceed to a bench trial. On April 14, 2023, Plaintiff filed her Amended Complaint with Jury Demand, (Doc. 10), which requested that this case proceed to a jury trial. Accordingly, this case is now set for a jury trial.
