March 24, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: The Court finds that this case should be transferred, under Sections 1631 and 2241(d), to the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas, as the federal judicial district and division in which the state court that convicted and sentenced Sims is located. The petition will therefore be transferred under the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court's Miscellaneous Order No. 6 to that federal judicial district and division on April 17, 2023, to allow any party to file an objection to Judge Boyle within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order. See FED. R. CIV. P. 72(a). If an objection is filed, the order of transfer is stayed pending further order of the Court. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge David L. Horan on 3/24/2023) (mcrd)
