FINAL JUDGMENT: It is ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). The Court ADMONISHES Plaintiff that, if he continues to file frivolous or malicious complaints, the Court will docket and then administratively close all such complaints subject to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) where the complaint lacks substantive factual allegations to show that Plaintiff is in imminent danger of serious physical injury. The Court prospectively CERTIFIES that any appeal of this action would not be taken in good faith. Each party shall bear its own fees, and defendants shall be awarded costs.
