ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: Insofar as McGee appears to bring claims related to an arrest in Tyler, Texas, a municipality in Smith County, which lies within the Tyler Division of the Eastern District of Texas, this action will be transferred to that federal judicial district and division under Section 1391(b) and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Courts Miscellaneous Order No. 6 on April 26, 2023 to allow any party to file an objection to the presiding district judge within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order, see FED.
