Filing 12 ELECTRONIC ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Extension (the "Motion"). Doc. No. 11. The Court GRANTS the Motion in part as follows. Defendant Industrias Costa Mesa, S.A. de C.V. filed its Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) and Brief in Support (the "Motion to Dismiss"), Doc. No. 6, on April 6, 2023. Per Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(B), Plaintiff has until April 27, 2023 to amend its Complaint. The Court hereby extends that deadline to May 5, 2023. The filing of an amended complaint will render Defendant's Motion to Dismiss moot, however. Thus, the Court sees no reason to extend the deadline to respond to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss.
