ORDER: IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant's motion to reduce sentence is DENIED. Because Defendant may be relying on 18 U.S.C. 3582(c)(l)(A), the Clerk of the Comt is directed to OPEN for statistical purposes a new prisoner civil action (nature of suit code 540, miscellaneous cause, directly assigned to the district judge and magistrate judge as in the criminal case), and to CLOSE the same on the basis of this order.
