Therefore, Doc. 24 is SEVERED from this action and filed in a new habeas corpus action under 28 U.S.C. 2241, and Doc. 25 is SEVERED from this action and filed in a new civil rights action under the Fair Housing Act. The Clerk of the Court is directed to file (1) a copy of Doc. 24 in a new, randomly assigned habeas corpus action under 28 U.S.C. 2241 (NOS code 530) and list the Dallas County Sheriff as respondent, and (2) a copy of Doc. 25 in a new, randomly assigned civil rights action under the Fair Housing Act (NOS code 550) and list unidentified defendants. The parties are notified that all future docketing related to the severed matters should be entered in each new, respective case.
