ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: Insofar as this lawsuit relates to property in Henderson County, which lies within the Tyler Division of the Eastern District of Texas, see 28 U.S.C. 124(c)(1), this action will be transferred to that federal judicial district and division under Section 1391(b) and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court' Miscellaneous Order No. 6 on June 5, 2023 to allow any party to file an objection to Judge Kinkeade within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order, see FED. R. CIV. P. 72(a). Plaintiffs may file a notice consenting to the transfer of this case under this order before that date. And, if they do, this action will be ordered transferred immediately.
