Filing 4 ORDER OF DISMISSAL - The Court ordered Plaintiff to file an amended complaint pursuant to the requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 8(a) by July 14, 2023 (the "Order"). Doc. No. 2. Plaintiff was warned that the Court would dismiss the case absent timely compliance with that Order. Plaintiff is not pro se. Today is July 20, 2023, and Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Order. The Court therefore DISMISSES this case without prejudice for want of prosecution and for failure to comply with an Order of the Court. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
