Because Specialty Welding has not distinctly alleged the basis for diversity jurisdiction and has failed to file a complete Certificate of Interested Persons (disclosure statement), the Court ORDERS Defendant to amend its Notice of Removal and Certificate of Interested Persons no later than October 16, 2023.
