Filing 4 Notice that the clerk has been instructed to apply the attached sanction order to the submissions indexed under number: 3:23-cv-2281-B-BT. The sanction order was originally filed in: SA-09-CA-0588-XR with the Southern District of Texas and states: The Court DENIES Plaintiffs motion to proceed IFP (docket no. 1), DENIES Plaintiffs request for counsel, and DISMISSES Plaintiffs complaint as frivolous. In addition, the Court ORDERS that Lundahl be ENJOINED from filing any civil suit in any federal district court in Texas naming any defendant she has sued before unless she first obtains permission from a district judge in this district. That order prohibits the filing of a case, so the number assigned to this closed matter remains for indexing purposes only. (cea) |
