The Court ORDERS the District Clerk to open a new habeas action under 2255 (nature of suit 510) and to file a copy of Defendant's Motion [ECF No. 191] in the new case. The new case is to be assigned to the undersigned District Judge and Magistrate Judge Rutherford. Finally, the District Clerk is to file all future pleadings related to the habeas matter in that new case.
