Now, Principal Life Insurance Company requests to deposit less money than it previously moved for. (Doc. 12). The Court GRANTS Principal Life Insurance Company's motion. (Doc. 12). The Clerk shall receive and deposit into the Court's registry a check from Principal Life Insurance Company in the amount of $342,000.00, which amount is payable in connection with the death of Juana M. Monjaras, pursuant to group life insurance policies that Principal Life issued to her employer, there to abide further order or judgment of this Court.
