ORDER: The Court is inclined to transfer this case to the Fort Worth Division of the Northern District of Texas under 1404(a). See 28 U.S.C. 124(a)(2). Before transferring the case sua sponte, the Court will allow the parties an opportunity to be heard on this matter. The parties may each file a brief addressing the transfer of this case to the Fort Worth division under 1404(a). The parties' respective briefs shall not exceed 10 pages in length and must be filed by November 28, 2023. There shall be no responsive briefs unless otherwise ordered by the Court. If the parties agree that transfer of this case to the Fort Worth Division is appropriate, they may instead file an agreed notice with the Court on or before said deadline.
