December 13, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff HHS Facilities Management, LLC's ("HHS") Complaint. Doc. No. 1. Because HHS has not distinctly alleged the basis for diversity jurisdiction and has failed to file a certificate of interested persons (disclosure statement), the Court ORDERS HHS to amend its Complaint and file a certificate of interested persons no later than January 3, 2024. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS HHS to amend its Complaint to properly allege the citizenship of each of its members no later than January 3, 2024. Concurrently with the amendment of its Complaint, HHS SHALL FILE a certificate of interested persons pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1. The certificate of interested persons must properly reflect the citizenships of the parties, including the direct or indirect members of any of their members, as applicable. See Harvey v.
