A defendant removing an action from state court must, under Local Civil Rule 81.1(a), file a certificate of interested persons along with the notice of removal. A plaintiff whose case has been removed from state court must, under Local Civil Rule 81.2, file a certificate of interested persons within 21 days after the notice of removal is filed.And, in cases where subject matter jurisdiction is based on diversity under 28 U.S. C. 1332(a), Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1(a)(2) requires that each party's disclosure statement "name -- and identify the citizenship of -- every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party." Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2).Plaintiff Faith Smith has not filed the required certificate of interested persons.
