For diversity purposes, the citizenship of an LLC is determined by the citizenship of all of its members. Harvey v. Grey Wolf Drilling Co., 542 F.3d 1077, 1079-80 (5th Cir. 2008). The Court cannot determine whether it has subject-matter jurisdiction over this case, so the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file an amended complaint within 7 days of this order that specifically states the citizenship of each of the defendant's LLC members.
