March 19, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 24 ELECTRONIC ORDER: The amended complaint invokes the Court's diversity jurisdiction but fails to specifically allege the citizenship of each member of a limited liability company (LLC). For diversity purposes, the citizenship of an LLC is determined by the citizenship of all of its members. Harvey v. Grey Wolf Drilling Co., 542 F.3d 1077, 1079-80 (5th Cir. 2008). The Court cannot determine whether it has subject-matter jurisdiction over this case, so the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file an amended complaint within 7 days of this order that specifically states the citizenship of each of the defendant's LLC members.
