The court hereby enters a default judgment against Migyanka Inc as follows: (a) awarding $1,282,250.00, plus pre- and post-judgment interest at the maximum rate permitted by law; (b) ordering that the plaintiff is entitled to an accounting of all revenue and expenses of Migyanka Inc from November 2022 to present; (c) ordering that Migyanka Inc is to provide to the plaintiff all monthly financial reports for Migyanka Inc from October 2023 through the present; and (d) court costs of $623.00 and reasonable attorneys' fees in the amount of $41,200.50 incurred by the plaintiff in connection with this action.
