The clerk of the court is directed to open a new civil rights action for the severed matter (NOS code 555) against unidentified prison officials at USP Tucson, (2) directly assign the new action, per Special Order 3-250, to the same judge as this case, and (3) docket a copy of this order and the Motion to be Release from Solitary Confinement due to Mental Deterioration, Deprivation of Programming (Doc. 81) in the new action.
