ELECTRONIC ORDER: Plaintiff filed a document notifying the Court that he wishes to file a 42 U.S.C. 1983 suit and asking the Court to provide him with a complaint form, a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, and copies of the "rules to proceed in lawsuit." Doc. 4. Plaintiff's case, when filed, will be governed by the Northern District of Texas Local Rules and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, copies of which should be available in Plaintiff's place of incarceration. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail to Plaintiff, with this order, the Court's standard 1983 civil rights complaint form (with the caption for this case and labeled amended) and standard prisoner motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis form along with certificate of inmate trust account. No later than September 12, 2024, Plaintiff must (1) file his amended complaint on the Court form and (2) either file a completed motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with a completed certificate of inmate trust account or pay the full $405.00 filing fee. Plaintiff is also advised that he must alert the Court of any change in his address during the pendency of this lawsuit, or his case may be dismissed without prejudice.
