NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER REGARDING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND REQUIRING AMENDED COMPLAINT THAT ESTABLISHES SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION: Hawkins must complete all pages of the form and file an amended IFP motion by 1/22/2025. Failure to either file a proper amended IFP motion or pay the filing fee by 1/22/2025. Second, because the complaint on its face neither establishes subject matter jurisdiction nor alleges a plausible claim, the Court requires Hawkins to file an amended complaint by 1/22/2025.
