February 18, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 17 ELECTRONIC ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant's Certificate of Interested Persons (the "Certificate"). Doc. No. 15. As amended in 2022, Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) requires that in an action where jurisdiction is premised on diversity, each party's Certificate of Interested Persons must name and identify the citizenship of each person or entity attributed to it. Defendant's Certificate fails to include these required diversity disclosures. Accordingly, the Defendant shall amend its Certificate to comply with Fed. R. Civ.
