ORDER: The court denies as moot #7 Plaintiff's Motion for a 90-Day Extension to File Objections to the #5 Magistrate Judge's Report given its decision to instead allow him to file an amended complaint. Any amended complaint by Plaintiff must be filed in this case (not e-mailed) by 7/11/2025 and comply with all directives in this order. Failure of Plaintiff to comply with this order may result in the sua sponte dismissal of this action for lack of jurisdiction or failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Further, in light of its decision to allow Plaintiff to amend his pleadings, the court rejects as moot the Magistrate Judge's #5 Report even though it finds no error in the Report's findings or conclusions.
