Filing 73
ORDER: Considering the deluge of motions and pleadings, and the vexatious nature of the plaintiff's filings, the court finds that the plaintiff is an abusive filer. All of his remaining motions are therefore denied. ( #59 , #61 , #62 , #64 , #66 and #71 ) The court also finds it appropriate to revoke the plaintiff's electronic filing privileges and to bar him from filing further motions and pleadings in this closed civil action, other than a notice of appeal or a motion related to an appeal. The Clerk of Court is INSTRUCTED to docket for administrative purposes, then immediately terminate any motion or pleading the plaintiff seeks to file in this case, other than a notice of appeal or a motion related to an appeal. Any such motions will not be considered by the court. Finally, the plaintiff is WARNED that if he continues to file frivolous motions and pleadings, increasingly significant sanctions will be imposed. (Ordered by Senior Judge A. Joe Fish on 5/16/2025) (twd)
