Plaintiff Ramiro Rodriguez Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Electronic Order and Notice of Deficiency filed on April 17, 2025. Doc. #7 . In the interest of justice, the Court will extend the time for doing so. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to (1) file an amended complaint on the form for use in employment discrimination cases ("Pro Se 7") and specify all of his legal claims and provide the required information, (2) complete and file the AO-239 form motion for requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis, respond to every inquiry on the form motion, and explain why he cannot pay the filing fee for this case, and (3) register as a user of the Court's electronic filing system, all by no later than May 29, 2025. PLAINTIFF IS AGAIN ADMONISHED THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER MAY RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(b).
