Although Plaintiff filed his original petition in Tarrant County, and #1 Defendants Notice of Removal clearly states that they hereby remove[ ] this action to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division, this case was inadvertently opened in the Dallas Division of the Northern District of Texas. Accordingly, the Court TRANSFERS this case to the Fort Worth Division of the Northern District of Texas, which division is the proper venue for this removed civil action. 28 U.S.C. 1441(a).
