Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i), as no answer or summary judgment has been filed by Defendant Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P., no court order is required, and this action against Defendant Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. has been dismissed without prejudice as a matter of course.
