ELECTRONIC ORDER: transferring case to the Fort Worth Division of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Under the authority of Miscellaneous Order No. 6, this action is transferred to the Fort Worth Division, where venue is proper. See 28 U.S.C. 1404(a); 42 U.S.C. 2000e-5(f)(3); In re Horseshoe Entertainment, 337 F.3d 429, 432-33 (5th Cir. 2003) (per curiam). Plaintiff filed this pro se action against Defendant David Steiner, U.S. Postmaster General, claiming employment discrimination. Doc. #3 at 3-4. The events at issue occurred in Tarrant County, Texas, which lies within the boundaries of the Fort Worth Division. Doc. 3 at 3.
