ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: The allegations in the complaint relate to Boren's employment by Hugo Boss Retail at stores in Allen and Frisco. See Dkt. No. #3 at 5. Allen and Frisco are located in Collin and Denton Counties, which are in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas. So this action will be transferred to that federal judicial district and division under Section 1406(a) and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court's Miscellaneous Order No. 6 on August 28, 2025, to allow any party to file an objection to the presiding district judge within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order.
