FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORFEITURE: It is therefore ORDERED that all right, title, and interest in $83,029.00 of the defendant property is forfeited to the United States of America pursuant to 21 U.S.C. 881(a)(6) and 18 U.S.C. 981(a)(1) (C). The remaining $10,000.00 of the defendant property shall be returned to Mr. Rodriguez.
