JUDGMENT - This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly considered and a decision duly rendered, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as frivolous.Further, Gregory Dwight Horton is BARRED from from filing future actions in this district, without first obtaining leave of court to do so, and any case filed, removed, or transferred, in which he is the plaintiff, should not be reviewed by the court, unless he obtains leave of court to file it from a United States District Judge or a United States Magistrate Judge in this district, through a proper motion for leave to file the action.
