FINAL JUDGMENT: IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff have and recover judgment from and against Defendants Osteoporosis Screening Services, Inc. and Stephanie Becho, jointly and severally, the principal sum of $362,879.32, and reasonable and necessary attorneys fees of $3,280.00, for a total judgment amount of $366,159.32. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff have and recover of and from Defendants, jointly and severally, attorneys' fees in the amount of $10,000.00 if either Defendant unsuccessfully appeals this judgment to the appropriate Court of Appeals; and an additional $10,000.00 if either Defendant unsuccessfully appeals to the Supreme Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff have and recover judgment from and against Defendants Osteoporosis Screening Services, Inc. and Stephanie Becho, jointly and severally, post-judgment interest on the total monetary amounts due under this Final Judgment at the rate of 1.5% per month calculated from the date of this Final Judgment until paid in full.
