JUDGMENT - This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly considered and a decision duly rendered, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Plaintiff Erick King's individual claims are DISMISSED under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2) for f'ilure to state a claim on which relief may be granted to the extent that Kings claims arising under federal law are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and his remaining state law are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
