June 16, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 18 ELECTRONIC ORDER: The Court has twice explained in separate orders that the undersigned requires the appearance of local counsel, pursuant to Local Civil Rule 83.10(a), AND that local counsel must sign all filings pursuant to Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. See Doc. Nos. 4 & 14.Plaintiff timely filed the appearance of local counsel on February 23, 2026, see Doc. No. 9, but local counsel did not thereafter sign the Certificate of Interested Persons/Disclosure Statement filed on March 27, 2026, Doc. Denton County is located in the Eastern District of Texas, not the Northern District. 28 U.S.C. § 124(c)(3). Failure to do so will result in the document being UNFILED without further notice and regardless of any filing related deadline. As of this Order, the parties have not filed the required joint report. The parties SHALL file the joint report with the required information, see Doc. No. 13 at 2-3, by June 23, 2026. If the parties do not file this report, the Court will order the parties to SHOW CAUSE in writing why they and EACH of their counsel od record should not be sanctioned for their failure to comply with the orders of this Court.
