ELECTRONIC ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's motion for discovery and inspection of evidence. (ECF No. 8). Plaintiff appears to seek discovery related to his pending civil rights case. However, the Court has not screened Plaintiff's case under 28 U.S.C. 1915A and 1915(e)(2). If Plaintiff's complaint survives judicial screening, the Court will set a discovery schedule by which Plaintiff can obtain appropriate discovery. Therefore, Plaintiff's motion for discovery and inspection of evidence is DENIED without prejudice as premature. The Court reminds Plaintiff that he must provide the Court with a signed Certificate of Inmate Trust Account by April 21, 2026 or his case may be dismissed under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Rebecca Rutherford on 3/26/2026) (chmb)
