ELECTRONIC ORDER: From a review of Plaintiff DET Diesel Emission Technologies LLC's ("DET")'s Notice (Doc. 28) and Defendant DPF Alternatives LLC ("DPF")'s Response (Doc. 29), the parties agree at minimum that the deadline to answer the complaint should be extended to May 25, 2026 for the following defendants: DPF; DPF Holdings, LLC; DPF Sources, LLC; and New Core, LLC. The Court therefore extends the deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint to May 25, 2026, for those four defendants only. If a party wishes to extend the deadline beyond that or to otherwise stay the case, that party's counsel and opposing counsel should engage in meaningful conference to confirm whether the request would be opposed or unopposed and to reach reasonable agreements where possible before filing a motion to seek the requested relief. See N.D. Tex. Civ. R. 7.1(a)-(b). (Ordered by Senior Judge Jane J Boyle on 4/20/2026) (chmb)

Filing 27
ELECTRONIC ORDER deferring ruling on #26 Motion to Stay. In Defendant DPF Alternatives LLC ("DPF")'s Motion to Stay, the explanation of Plaintiff DET Diesel Emission Technologies, LLC ("DET")'s apparent non-opposition is confusing. A review of the attached email chain does not clear up the matter. Therefore, the Court ORDERS DET to file a short statement of its opposition or non-opposition to the requested stay by or before April 24, 2026. Until further order of the Court following DET's short statement, deadlines for DPF to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint shall be stayed. The Court encourages the parties and their counsel to confer and clarify issues to streamline the Court's decision on how to proceed. (Ordered by Senior Judge Jane J Boyle on 4/17/2026) (chmb)
