ELECTRONIC ORDER:Before the Court is Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Removed Petition (Doc. No. 9). The Court has carefully considered the Motion. Although Defendant does not refer to the applicable good cause standard or the rule governing extensions of time, the Court nevertheless considers this request and finds good cause for the extension. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1). The Court GRANTS the Motion. Defendant shall answer or otherwise respond by April 29, 2026. The parties are ON NOTICE that any further requests for extensions of time or deadlines shall be made by formal motion under the applicable standard.
