If Petitioner wants to proceed with this action, he must either (1) pay $5 to the clerk of Court; or (2) file a certificate of inmate trust account (or an institutional equivalent) for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his petition (October 2025 to March 2026) that is signed and certified by an appropriate prison official.
