ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff Clear Health Pass Holdings, LLC's ("CHP") Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. 7), Brief in Support (Doc. No. 8), and Appendix in Support (Doc. No. 9) (together, the "Motion for TRO"). Defendant Medlife Solutions, LLC ("Medlife") filed its Opposition to the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (the "Response") (Doc. No. 15), and CHP filed its Reply in Support (the "Reply") (Doc. No. 19). Defendants P1 Medical Systems, LLC ("P1"), Growth Point Solutions, LLC ("GPS"), and Jeff Davis ("Davis") (collectively with Medlife, "Defendants") did not file a response. Having carefully considered the Motion for TRO, the Response, the Reply, and the supporting appendices, as well as the applicable law and the relevant portions of the record, the Court DENIES the Motion as to a TRO.
