May 27, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ELECTRONIC ORDER: Plaintiff Rolfson Compression, LLC recently filed its Original Complaint (Doc. No. 8) based on diversity of citizenship jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Doc. No. 8 at 2. In its Original Complaint, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Flex Leasing Power and Service, LLC d/b/a Flex Energy Solutions' only two members, Keith Blesch and Doug Baltzer, are both citizens of Colorado. Id. However, in its Disclosure Statement and Certificate of Interested Persons (Doc. No. 2), Plaintiff states that Keith Blesch, one of Defendant's members, "is a citizen of Texas." Doc. No. 2 at 2 (emphasis added).While Plaintiff's statement in its Disclosure Statement and Certificate of Interested Persons may very well be a typographical error, the Court must have clarity on this issue. Accordingly, Plaintiff SHALL file an amended disclosure statement and certificate of interested persons that clarifies the citizenship of Keith Blesch, one of Defendant's members, by June 3, 2026.
