ELECTRONIC ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY: Plaintiff Angelos Kolobotos must address the following deficiency: The motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #6 ) does not provide enough information for the Court to determine if in forma pauperis status is appropriate. Plaintiff did not completely fill out the motion leaving most answers blank. Plaintiff also fails to specify who pays his living expenses. Further, a review of the docket reveals that Plaintiff has not yet registered as a user of the Court's electronic filing system, as required. Instructions for registering are found online at https://www.txnd.uscourts.gov/file-registration. Therefore, Plaintiff is ORDERED to (1) completely fill out the motion to proceed in forma pauperis on the AO-239 Form and to resubmit it to the Court and (2) register to use the Court's electronic filing system, by July 14, 2026. ELECTRONIC NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SCREENING AND STANDING ORDER. Judicial screening of this case is pending. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2).
