June 30, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ELECTRONIC ORDER. Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is terminated as moot in light of the $405 filing fee payment. See Doc. #4 . Having paid the filing fee, Plaintiff is responsible for requesting that summons issue and effecting service of process on the defendant(s) under Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. For each defendant, Plaintiff is also responsible for filing either proof of service, in accordance with Rule 4(l), or the defendant's signed waiver of service. As of the date of this order, no summons has issued. Accordingly, Plaintiff is admonished that service of process must be accomplished by September 30, 2026, unless good cause is shown, or this case may be dismissed. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate the referral of this action to the Magistrate Judge and return the case to the District Judge for further action. June 12, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: The Court determines Plaintiff has the ability to pay the $405.00 filing fee and other costs of this suit and that Plaintiff's IFP motion should be denied. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the $405 filing fee to the Clerk of the Court by July 3, 2026. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of the case without prejudice under to FED. R. CIV. June 5, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ELECTRONIC NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SCREENING AND STANDING ORDER. Judicial screening of this case is pending. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2). It is therefore ORDERED that (1) service of process shall be withheld pending completion of judicial screening, (2) no motions for appointment of counsel shall be filed until the Court has completed the screening process, (3) all discovery in this case is stayed until the Court enters a scheduling order, (4) no amendments or supplements to the complaint shall be filed without prior Court approval, and (5) any motion to amend the complaint must be accompanied by a complete proposed amended complaint on the required form.
