Filing 8 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION AND ORDER Court concludes plaintiffs have not alleged any facts that would allow court to draw the reasonable inference that pltfs are entitled to declaratory or injunctive relief or that Wells Fargo is liable to pltfs under an y of the theories of liability alleged in their pleading. As a result, pltfs' pleading fails to state a plausible claim to relief and should be dismissed. Wells Fargo's motion to dismiss is granted. Further orders all claims and causes of action by pltfs against Wells Fargo be dismissed. (Ordered by Judge John McBryde on 11/17/2011) (uls) |
