OPINION and ORDER OF PARTIAL DISMISSAL UNDER 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1),and UNDER 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii): All claims in this suit against the Bureau of Prisons individual defendant Charles Samuels Jr., and Rebecca Tamez for violation of his rights under the Eighth Amendment, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b) (1) and, alternatively, under to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).
