Memorandum Opinion and Order: The court ORDERS that the motion of David Barouch to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is denied. Movant's motion to admit exhibits A, B, B1, C, D, and D1, is granted inasmuch as the court has considered such exhibits in its analysis of movant's § 2255 motion. Movant's motion for evidentiary hearing, motion for discovery, and motion to appoint counsel, are denied. The court further ORDERS that a certificate of appealability is denied.
