However, applicant is entitled to no other relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. The court ORDERS that the application of applicant for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 be, and is hereby, (i) granted t o the extent applicant seeks federal sentence credit for the time he spent in federal custody at Federal Correctional Institution-Three Rivers between February 2, 1993, and September 24, 1993, and (ii) denied as to all other grounds for relief.
